PETG, HDPE material and their capacity also can support the mass production.

5. Extrusion Machine (HDPE)

เครื่องเป่าขึ้นรูปขวดพลาสติกจากเม็ดพลาสติกประเภท PETG, HDPE, PP, PE ทำงานโดยนำพลาสติกมาหลอมใน Extruder โดยใช้ความร้อนจาก Heater ไฟฟ้า จากนั้นสกรูจะอัดพลาสติกเหลว โดยใช้หลักการขับเคลื่อนสกรูและการปิด-เปิด Mold ด้วยระบบ Hydraulics ส่งผ่านหัว Die Head ออกมาเป็นลักษณะทรงกระบอก(Parison) จากนั้น Mold จะเคลื่อนตัวมาประกบแล้วเป่าลม โดยใช้อากาศอัด เพื่อให้เนื้อพลาสติกขยายเต็มตาม Mold เมื่อเต็ม Mold แล้วจะมีน้ำเย็นจากเครื่อง Chiller ไหลมาหล่อเย็นเพื่อให้ชิ้นงานแข็งตัวคงรูปตามแม่พิมพ์ที่ต้องการ โดยมีกำลังการผลิตกว่า 4,000 ชิ้น/เครื่อง/วัน

เนื้อสัมผัส ทำให้บรรจุภัฑ์มีความสวยงาม และน่าสนใจ โดยเครื่องแบบ Semi Auto มีกำลังการผลิตกว่า 6,000 ชิ้น/เครื่อง/วัน และแบบ Auto มีกำลังการผลิตกว่า 30,000 ชิ้น/เครื่อง/วัน
